Claims Resolution Specialist

We are seeking a talented and experienced claims technician to join our Commercial Division. As a Claims Resolution Specialist, you will play a crucial role in managing direct cases and providing superb customer service to our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Assist in managing direct cases and making decisions on each claim based on the facts.
- Support colleagues by sharing information, gathering evidence, and working with third parties to provide full account case details.
- Develop and maintain close working relationships with customers to promote customer satisfaction during all stages of the claim.
- Prioritize workload on a daily basis and work independently to assist adjusters in moving caseloads to conclusion.
