We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Housing Solutions Manager to lead our team in delivering an exceptional housing service to our residents. As the Housing Solutions Manager, you will be responsible for driving change and improvements to ensure the effective delivery of the housing service at Elmbridge.

The ideal candidate will have experience in leading teams and developing initiatives that prevent homelessness and improve social housing allocation. You will work collaboratively with colleagues and partner agencies to develop and lead initiatives that provide residents with the best possible service and opportunities to live independently and safely in their homes.

As a key member of our team, you will:

  • Support and manage the team leaders in the Homelessness Prevention and Advice Teams, Private Rented Sector and Temporary Accommodation Team, and Social and Supported Housing Team in the delivery of their day-to-day work and the provision of the Housing Solutions Service.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues and partner agencies to develop and lead initiatives so that residents get the very best service and opportunities to live independently and safely in their homes, so they are not at risk of homelessness.
  • Monitor and report on service performance.

Competitive Salary: £60,000 - £70,000 per annum, depending on experience.
