We are seeking a highly skilled Reliability Maintenance Engineering Manager to lead our Engineering team and drive reliability and safety initiatives within our building.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Leading a team of engineers to ensure compliance with statutory requirements and provide a safe working environment for all occupants.
- Developing and implementing preventative maintenance programs to ensure high levels of equipment availability.
- Collaborating with the EU Engineering team to plan for future growth and upgrades.
- Participating in network-wide improvement initiatives and implementing standards created elsewhere in the network.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Relevant experience in Engineering team leadership and employee management.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical principles, as well as experience with automated conveyor systems and controls.
- A Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or equivalent experience.
