About the Role


We are seeking a dedicated National Contract Delivery Lead to oversee the delivery of high-profile, premium brand national contracts across the UK and Republic of Ireland. This role will involve overseeing the delivery of services including Room Deep Cleans, Showerhead Sanitisations, and Reactive Cleaning for our clients.


The successful candidate will lead, develop, and mentor a team of Field Service Managers responsible for managing local teams to ensure seamless and high-quality service delivery. The role reports directly to the Operations Director.



Key Responsibilities
  • Responsible for all matters relating to Health and Safety across the team, ensuring work orders are completed in a safe manner.
  • Maintain and update RAMS as per H&S standards.
  • To ensure that all aspects of contracts are delivered in full, on time and to budget.
  • Ensure that the contract is sufficiently resourced to deliver issued work orders.
  • Document processes in line with company/ISO standards.
  • Management of client/site escalations.
  • Conduct regular meetings and training for Field Service Managers.
  • Perform required audits and compliance checks.
  • Report on monthly contract status.
  • Responsible for managing productivity, performance, job completion and invoicing.
  • Highlighting failures and ways to improve.
  • Ensure vehicles, staff, and assets meet compliance.
  • Liaise with equipment supplier to ensure all are serviced, repaired and PAT tested in line with purchase/service agreements.
  • Act as primary client contact for account management.
  • Approve departmental invoices.
  • Escalation point for the Field Service Managers.

This is further supported by our UK-wide 40 Specialist Mobile Teams delivering programmed and reactive Legionella Compliance, ATEX/High Level Cleaning, Floor Maintenance, Upholstery Cleaning & Biohazard Clean Up services.

Salary Information

This position comes with an estimated annual salary of £60,000 - £80,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
