About the Role

We are recruiting for a dedicated Paediatric Care Team Assistant to support our Children's Community Therapy team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in therapy assistance, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work autonomously.

This role offers an exciting opportunity to work with a multidisciplinary team, providing therapy services to children with complex needs and challenging behaviour. The successful candidate will be required to have a valid driving license, access to a car, and be able to work flexibly to meet the needs of the team.

Main Responsibilities
  • Work collaboratively with Occupational Therapists and Physiotherapists to deliver therapy services
  • Support the development of therapy programmes and resources
  • Manage clinical and non-clinical information, ensuring accurate and timely documentation
  • Contribute to audit and service development initiatives
Requirements
  • NVQ Level 3 in Health Care or equivalent level qualification
  • GCSE or equivalent in English Language and Mathematics
  • Extensive experience as a Physiotherapy or Occupational Therapist Assistant, Teaching Assistant, or similar
Salary and Benefits

The successful candidate can expect a competitive salary of £26,530 to £29,114 per annum, along with flexible working options and a range of benefits.
