About the Job:

We are looking for an experienced Social Value Coordinator to join our team at Randstad Construction and Property. This role involves fostering Community Benefits and Social Value, making a positive impact through various projects.

Key Tasks:

  • Support project teams and the bids team in their Social Value activities.
  • Find relevant information for tenders, such as Council employability strategies and local community groups.
  • Help embed Social Value principles within project frameworks.
  • Coordinate educational initiatives and community engagement activities.
  • Show proficiency in IT applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and social media platforms.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities.

Working Arrangements:

This role is based in East Sussex and Kent, with flexible working arrangements that allow for a mix of office and remote work.

Annual Salary:

The estimated annual salary for this position is £28,000 - £32,000, depending on experience.
