Corporate Social Sustainability Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Corporate Social Sustainability Specialist to join our Marketing and Communications department.



In this role, you will work closely with our CSR employee resource group/committee, brand team, and leadership team to develop and implement a comprehensive CSR strategy.



Key responsibilities include:




  • Engaging Others: Make it easy for people to get involved in CSR activities, encouraging long-term learning and development to make CSR part of everyone's knowledge and skill set.
  • Influencing: Gain support for the CSR agenda by persuading and convincing others, understanding their needs and influencing them to achieve acceptance, agreement, or behavior change.
  • Operational: Ensure CSR strategy goals are met by collaborating with internal teams to support the club's objectives, organizing events, activities, and resources, and monitoring schedules and plans.
  • Data Gathering: Collect and analyze data, breaking down issues into their component parts, and making systematic and rational judgments on CSR activity success.


To succeed in this role, you will need:




  • Previous CSR experience in a corporate environment.
  • Knowledge of sustainability and corporate social responsibility.
  • Ability to coordinate multiple projects and engage employees.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with colleagues and senior teams.
