Corporate Social Responsibility Coordinator

We are seeking a Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Coordinator to join our Marketing and Communications department, working part-time in our Newcastle or London office. This exciting role will involve collaborating with the CSR employee resource group/committee, brand team, and leadership team to co-ordinate the creation and delivery of a CSR strategy.
Main Responsibilities- Engaging Others
Makes it easy for people to get involved in CSR activities, encouraging long-term learning and development of others to make CSR part of everyone's knowledge and skill set.
InfluencingGains support for the CSR agenda by persuading and convincing others, understanding their needs and influencing them to achieve acceptance, agreement, or behaviour change.
OperationalEnsures CSR strategy goals are met by working with internal teams (marketing & communications, people & culture) to support the club's objectives.
Data GatheringGathers data, analyses issues, and breaks them down into component parts, making systematic and rational judgements on the success of CSR activities based on relevant information.
About YouWe're looking for someone with previous CSR experience in a corporate environment, knowledge of sustainability and corporate societal responsibility, and the ability to co-ordinate several ongoing projects.
You should also have strong written and verbal communication skills to assist the club's liaison with charities and supporters, as well as the ability to work independently and collaboratively with colleagues, committees, and senior teams.
