About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Case Worker to join our new 24/7 Community Mental Health Support Hub in Whitehaven, West Cumbria. As part of our joint venture with Homegroup, you will work closely with local delivery partners to provide specialist mental health care services to individuals across Whitehaven and Copeland.

The ideal candidate will have demonstrable experience working one-to-one with service users with complex needs, as well as experience within Health, Social Care or VCSE systems. You will be responsible for providing a safe and welcoming environment for clients, using de-escalation skills, active listening and calm communication.

Key responsibilities include co-producing crisis plans, relapse prevention and self-management tools, signposting and guidance to access services and resources, and developing knowledge of local care pathways and community knowledge.

Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience
