Global Sponsorship Account Executive

JLB is seeking a skilled Operations Director to lead and develop our global partnerships.
In this fast-paced role, you will oversee and enhance operations for a major global sponsorship account, collaborating with the client and Senior Account Manager/Operations Lead to drive projects and provide support as needed.
Responsibilities:- Develop and implement strategies to drive project efficiency and maintain operational excellence.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
- Support the Senior Account Manager in preparing quarterly and annual reports, evaluating project outcomes and capturing best practices and lessons learned.
- Collaborate with the team to foster innovation and fresh ideas, driving growth and development across the organization.
- 5+ years of experience in business operations or a related field.
- Proven track record of successfully leading cross-functional teams and driving project initiatives.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Ability to analyze data and develop actionable insights to drive business growth and improvement.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage competing deadlines.
$75,000 - $95,000 per annum
