Compliance Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Compliance Operations Manager to join our team at Eclectic Recruitment. This part-time role will be based in our South West London and Surrey offices.
The ideal candidate will have a comprehensive understanding of risk management components and be able to use their own initiative to drive projects forward.
Key responsibilities include:
- Proven experience in a compliance, data management and operations role, preferably within a law firm or professional services environment.
- Proficiency in data management software and tools (e.g., CRM systems, spreadsheets, database management systems).
- Ability to use own initiative – a pro-active self-manager who can manage their own workload, identify areas for improvement and drive projects forward.
- Possesses in-depth knowledge of relevant laws and regulations, including GDPR and AML.
As a Compliance Operations Manager, you will be responsible for optimising operational processes, enhancing efficiency, and ensuring regulatory compliance across the firm.
