Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure they feel valued and supported throughout their homebuying journey.
- Provide exceptional customer service by responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing solutions that meet their needs.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination throughout the customer's journey.
- Stay up-to-date with build progress by attending development team meetings and staying informed about project updates.
- Accompany customers during site visits to ensure they are satisfied with their home's construction and address any concerns they may have.
- Provide customers with information about their home's features, benefits, and maintenance requirements.
- Visit customers after they have moved in to ensure they are satisfied with their new home and address any issues that may have arisen.
Requirements
- Experience in a customer-facing role within a service industry, preferably in the homebuilding sector.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and make key decisions to resolve customer issues.
- Knowledge of the homebuilding industry is desirable but not essential, as training will be provided.
- Attention to detail and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
