About the Role
  • Work closely with GPs and other healthcare professionals to ensure timely and effective communication with patients.
  • Develop and maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, using EMIS and other relevant systems.
  • Support the delivery of projects and initiatives aimed at improving patient outcomes and experiences.

Estimated Salary: £24,000 - £28,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
