Freelance Trainer Opportunity

Role Overview

Pearson International Professional Development is seeking experienced freelance trainers to deliver high-quality professional development programs to educators worldwide. As a freelance trainer, you will work with our team to design and deliver engaging training sessions, leveraging our proprietary materials and technology to support teacher growth and development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver virtual and face-to-face training sessions to individual schools or clusters of schools, using our pre-produced materials and adapting to customer needs.
  • Collaborate with our team to develop and refine training content, ensuring it meets the needs of our diverse customer base.
  • Provide expert guidance and support to educators, helping them to integrate our materials into their teaching practices.
  • Contribute to the development of new training programs and initiatives, leveraging your expertise and experience in education.

Requirements

  • Qualified Teacher Status within your country of work.
  • Minimum 3 years teaching experience in a Primary or Lower Secondary school, or International School.
  • Experience in planning and teaching Maths, English, and Science to different year groups.
  • Strong presentation and training skills, with experience leading events for teaching staff.
  • Confidence in using technology to support teaching and learning.
  • Ability to adapt training delivery to meet customer needs.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
