We are seeking a Safety and Compliance Officer to join our client's team in Belfast or Armagh. This is an excellent opportunity for a Health & Safety professional to develop and progress their career within a successful business.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and delivering internal training, including toolbox talks, safety alerts, etc. They will also assist with the development and implementation of the Company's Health, Safety & Environmental objectives, targets, and initiatives.

This role requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in a Health and Safety role, with a NEBOSH or equivalent qualification in Occupational Health & Safety. The ideal candidate will possess excellent planning, time management, and organisational skills, with the ability to multi-task.

  • Develop and deliver internal training
  • Assist with the development and implementation of Health, Safety & Environmental objectives, targets, and initiatives
  • Travel between sites regularly and as and when necessary
  • Build strong working relationships at all levels to advise on and promote a culture of engagement and continuous improvement in regard to health and safety
Required Skills and Qualifications:

A NEBOSH or equivalent qualification in Occupational Health & Safety is essential. The salary for this position is estimated to be around £52,000 - £62,000 per annum, depending on experience.
