HAYS Specialist Recruitment Limited is seeking a Quality and Compliance Officer to join their team in Co. Armagh. As a key member of the HSEQ team, you will be responsible for overseeing and implementing quality and compliance procedures under the guidance of the HSEQ Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement and maintain quality and compliance procedures to ensure high-quality services
  • Conduct regular site inspections and audits to identify areas for improvement
  • Develop and implement risk management strategies to mitigate potential risks
  • Collaborate with the HSEQ Manager to develop and implement policies and procedures

The ideal candidate will have previous experience working in a similar role within a construction environment, ideally within the civil engineering or utilities sector. You will demonstrate a working knowledge of quality and compliance procedures with a sound understanding of implementing integrated systems. Professional qualifications such as NEBOSH level or a relevant BSc Degree are essential.
