We are seeking a highly skilled Health & Safety Officer to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective health and safety policies and procedures across the organisation.

They will conduct regular audits and inspections to monitor compliance and identify areas for improvement.

The role also involves providing health and safety training to employees and assisting with the development of the company's health and safety strategy.

What We Offer:

A competitive salary of £55,000 - £70,000 per annum, plus an excellent benefits package and opportunities for career advancement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and review Risk Assessments, COSHH Assessments, and Safe Working Procedures for work activities across all sites.
  • Conduct regular audits, inspections, and site visits to monitor compliance and good industry practice.
  • Travel between sites regularly and as necessary.
  • Build strong working relationships at all levels to advise on and promote a culture of engagement and continuous improvement in regard to health and safety.
