We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team at Barchester Healthcare as a Hospitality Host.
About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity to provide exceptional customer service and create a warm and welcoming environment for our residents.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver outstanding customer service in a fast-paced hospitality setting, responding to resident and family needs promptly and professionally.
- Foster positive relationships with residents, their families, and colleagues, promoting a culture of respect and empathy.
- Contribute to events and activities that enhance the lives of our residents, showcasing your creativity and enthusiasm.
To succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a genuine interest in working with older adults.
You will be responsible for providing a helping hand in our dining room and bar areas, creating a supportive and inclusive environment for our residents.
Requirements- Be over 18 years old and have a valid identity document.
- Have a strong background in customer service or a related field, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality service.
- Be able to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays, and be flexible with your schedule.
