About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Digital Lawyer to join our client's nationally recognized Real Estate, Energy, and Natural Resources team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital technology and data protection, with a focus on complex transactions and high-profile projects.

The successful candidate will work closely with the commercial and national sector teams, providing expert advice on technology transactions, digital transformation projects, data protection, and emerging technologies. They will also collaborate with developers and suppliers of innovative products and services, working to boost productivity and competitiveness across various sectors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Providing expert advice on digital technology transactions and data protection
  • Working on complex and high-profile projects, including digital transformation and emerging technologies
  • Collaborating with commercial and national sector teams to deliver exceptional results for clients
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Over four years of post-qualification experience in digital technology and data protection
  • A strong background in commercial law, with a focus on digital technology and data protection
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A collaborative and creative approach to problem-solving
