The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring a professional service to our guests. They must possess excellent communication skills, a passion for customer service and hospitality, and the ability to build rapport with residents and non-residents.

This role includes key responsibilities such as:

  1. Scheduling: Ensure the restaurant is set up in time for service to the highest standard.
  2. Staff Supervision: Maintain the appearance of employees to an appropriate standard.
  3. Training: Conduct regular training sessions with staff members to ensure menu knowledge is up-to-date.
  4. Service Management: Oversee breakfast or evening service.
  5. Stock Requisition: End of night stock requisitions.
