We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Food & Beverage Assistant. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our food and beverage services.

Responsibilities:
  • Food and Beverage Service: Prepare and serve food and beverages to guests in an efficient and pleasant manner.
  • Maintain Cleanliness: Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the dining areas, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards.
  • Provide Excellent Customer Service: Address guest inquiries and resolve complaints promptly and professionally.
  • Support F&B Team: Support the F&B team in all operational duties, including setting up and clearing tables, restocking supplies, and assisting with inventory management.
Requirements:
  • Previous Hospitality Experience: Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry is desirable but not mandatory.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Flexibility: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
