Patient Care Coordinator

As a Patient Care Coordinator, you will play a vital role in our patient transportation services. Your responsibilities will include liaising with our appointments team to coordinate patient movements, calling patients to arrange transportation, and collecting and returning patients from their homes or medical centers.
Our Patient Care Coordinator will also be responsible for assisting patients with mobility issues, wheeling them in and out of the transport, and ensuring a safe environment within the vehicle for transporting delicate equipment.
We offer a competitive salary of £22,370 per annum, 37.5 hours of work per week, and 28 days of holiday including bank holidays. You will also have the opportunity to earn up to 5% bonus in January and June, based on individual performance.
Our Patient Care Coordinator will also have access to our internal learning management system and clinical training team, providing opportunities for continuous training and development.
