Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sous Chef to join our team and contribute to the success of our restaurant.

Key Responsibilities

As a Sous Chef, you will be responsible for:

  • Assisting the Head Chef in menu planning and preparation
  • Overseeing kitchen operations and ensuring high standards of food quality and presentation
  • Managing kitchen staff and maintaining a positive and productive work environment
  • Coordinating inventory and ordering supplies
  • Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience as a Sous Chef in a high-volume restaurant environment
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and maintain a calm and composed demeanor
  • Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends
