About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Practice Nurse to join our dynamic team in London Central.

This is a fixed-term contract until 31/12/25, offering a competitive salary of £55,000 - £70,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and organising their own workload, working closely with GPs and nursing colleagues, and providing a treatment service for client employees with minor injuries and illnesses.

  • Manage own clinical case load, dealing with presenting patients' needs in a primary care setting.
  • Identify and develop a plan of care and treat specific conditions in accordance with agreed professional protocols and guidelines (PGDs).
  • Assist with primary care audits, staff training, and development.

In addition to the above responsibilities, the Practice Nurse will support the Deputy Nursing Manager with IPC compliance throughout the service and corporate client sites.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • An excellent understanding of clinical governance and safeguarding.
  • Able to communicate clearly and concisely both verbally and in writing.
  • RGN registration and current NMC registration.
