About the Role

We are currently seeking a skilled Primary Care Mental Health Nurse Specialist to join our multi-professional team in West Camden Primary Care Network. This is an exciting opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of individuals with mental health needs.

You will work closely with GPs, Physician Associates, Clinical Pharmacists, Practice Nurses, and Social Prescribers to provide holistic assessments and co-produce personalized plans with patients. Your expertise in medication reviews and ability to navigate IT systems such as EMIS/DOCMAN will be invaluable assets to our team.

Key Requirements
  • NMC Registration.
  • A relevant nursing qualification.
  • Experience of working in the NHS within Mental Health services.
  • A flexible approach to working and self-motivation.
  • A positive attitude and passion for role.
  • Experience of prescribing or the desire to become a prescriber is essential.
