Children's Social Work Opportunity

We are seeking a qualified social worker to join our Assessment Team in Bracknell Forest. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for assessing the needs of children and families, and developing effective plans to support their well-being.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough assessments of children and families to identify their needs and strengths
  • Develop and implement effective plans to support the well-being of children and families
  • Work collaboratively with other professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for children and families
  • Provide high-quality social work services to children and families, including support, guidance, and advocacy
Requirements:
  • Qualified Social Worker with a recognized Social Work qualification (Social Work Degree or Diploma in Social Work) and full Social Work England registration
  • Relevant experience in a similar role, with a strong understanding of child protection and assessment procedures
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with children, families, and other professionals
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to delivering high-quality social work services
