About the Role

We are seeking a qualified Social Worker to join our dedicated community team for people with learning disabilities and autism. As a Social Care Professional, you will be responsible for supporting adults with learning disabilities and autism, working closely with our team to improve outcomes and make a positive impact in their lives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Hold a caseload of people with learning disabilities and autism, and fulfill statutory duties on behalf of the service.
  • Conduct assessments, support planning, and reviews, as well as direct work with individuals who have a learning disability and/or autism.
  • Manage cases, providing support and guidance to individuals and their families.

Requirements

We are looking for a qualified Social Worker with a minimum of 2 years' experience, current Social Work England registration, and the necessary drive and enthusiasm to work in our team.
