Job Title: Paediatric Nurse

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Paediatric Nurse to join our team on Charles Wolfson Ward. As a Staff Nurse in children's services, you will be part of a diverse and stimulating department that prioritizes patient care and education.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Provide safe and effective care to infants and children requiring hospitalization, with minimal supervision by a more experienced registered nurse.
  • Assess care needs, plan, implement, and evaluate programs of care.
  • Participate in the supervision and teaching of unqualified and qualified staff, including basic and/or post-basic students.

  • Essential:
    • First-level registration RSCN/RN (child) (part 8 or 15)
    • 2 Basic Level Child Protection Training
  • Desirable:
    • Advanced Level Child Protection Training
    • Evidence of Continuing Professional Development
    • Relevant teaching and assessing course/mentorship course
