Key Responsibilities- Assist in the provision and coordination of an effective, comprehensive, integrated service for paediatric surgery and urology patients.
- Develop and implement specialist nursing care programmes and undertake specialist nursing procedures.
- Provide specialist education and training for children, families, and carers, as well as other staff and students.
- Liaise with relevant professional groups and agencies to enhance the delivery of care to children, young people, and families under the care of the paediatric surgery/urology team.
