Senior Event Manager

Total Management Group is a leading provider of event and travel solutions, seeking an experienced Senior Event Manager to join our fast-growing event division.

As a Senior Event Manager, you will be responsible for the successful project delivery of events across our key accounts, taking accountability for everything from product sourcing and distribution to completion.

You will work closely with our UK and US offices, traveling with clients to execute events globally and spending periods of time abroad for client site visits and event facilitation.

We offer a competitive salary, 25 days annual leave, additional 14 days work from home, medical-based benefit scheme, and preferential travel rates.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage large-scale budgets and complex financials across multiple currencies
  • Develop and implement event strategies, including product sourcing and distribution
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality events
  • Manage event logistics, including travel arrangements and venue coordination
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders
Requirements:
  • 4+ years of experience in event management and project management
  • Strong understanding of AV and production
  • Confident managing large-scale budgets and event forecasts
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Fluency in English, with proficiency in other languages a bonus
