About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Manager to join our team in Scotland. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our existing and prospect customers, with a focus on growing volumes and enhancing margins.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing solutions
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, both within existing and new customer bases
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of sales plans
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor activity, providing insights to inform sales strategies
Requirements
  • Proven sales experience, preferably in a similar industry or role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze sales data and identify areas for improvement
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Strong business acumen, with a deep understanding of sales principles and practices
