Role Overview

This role involves working on the shop floor, interacting with customers, and recommending products to enhance their eye health and lifestyle.

Responsibilities:
  • Pre-checks on customers before eye examinations
  • Glasses and contact lens dispensing
  • Contact lens insertion training for customers
  • After-sales support through repairs and adjustments
  • Team collaboration and effective communication
  • Operational and administrative tasks for store management
  • Supporting colleagues in skill development
Qualifications and Skills:
  • Prior experience in retail or an optical environment is beneficial

  • A salary range of £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, based on experience
