Role Overview: As a Positive Behaviour Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with complex needs, promoting independence and autonomy. You will work closely with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement tailored support plans, ensuring seamless care delivery.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality support to individuals, assisting with daily living tasks, medication management, and accessing community resources.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement effective support plans, prioritising individual needs and preferences.
  • Maintain accurate records of individual progress, highlighting successes and areas for improvement.

Requirements: To succeed in this role, you will need to possess a calm and caring nature, with a strong ability to remain patient under pressure. A full UK manual driving license is essential, as you will be required to transport individuals to various appointments and activities.
