Job Summary: We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Positive Behaviour Support Worker to join our team at SeeAbility. As a member of our staff, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with learning disabilities and mental health conditions, promoting their well-being and quality of life.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver person-centred support, focusing on the unique needs and preferences of each individual.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement effective support plans, ensuring seamless care delivery.
  • Maintain accurate records of individual progress, highlighting successes and areas for improvement.

Requirements: To be considered for this position, you must have a strong understanding of positive behaviour support principles, with experience working with individuals with complex needs. A full UK manual driving license is essential, as you will be required to transport individuals to various appointments and activities.
