About Us:

Options Wellbeing Trust is a 50+ year old charity supporting local communities with their mental health and wellbeing. We deliver our services in person within our hubs, in the community, online and over the telephone for a range of mental health presentations and diagnosis. Our team of support staff, associate practitioners, trainees and lived experience volunteers are passionate about the services and support we deliver and are dedicated to improving the outcomes and aspirations for all.

We are part of a group of social enterprises called Social Care in Action. Social Care in Actions is a charity with 30+ years' experience serving local communities in southern England. It is made up of several not-for-profit social enterprises providing a range of reliable, person-centred care, wellbeing, counselling, transport and related services.
