Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a team of analysts to prioritize ticket responses and resolve technical issues
  • Develop and implement new processes and procedures to drive improvements in the IT department
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to formulate short-term and long-term IT Service Delivery plans
  • Represent IT to internal business stakeholders and third-party vendors

Key Requirements:

  • Expertise in Windows OS, Office 365 Admin, Exchange Admin, Teams, and SharePoint
  • Experience with ITIL processes and service delivery software
