About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Data Governance Manager to join our team at Travelers. As a key player in our Data Analytics department, you will be responsible for promoting effective data governance practices to ensure the accuracy, completeness, and consistency of our data.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement data management policies, standards, and best practices to ensure data quality and integrity.
  • Collaborate with business partners to drive the adoption of data management and governance practices.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to team members on data management and governance principles.
  • Conduct data profiling and analysis to identify areas for improvement and develop remediation plans.
  • Work with IT to implement data management solutions and ensure data quality.
