About the Role:

As an Executive Restaurant Director, you will be responsible for leading our hospitality team to deliver exceptional customer experiences in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Salary: £35,000 per annum, plus service charge and 16.83 per hour

Key Responsibilities:

  • To manage the overall operation of our restaurant, ensuring seamless execution of services and exceeding customer expectations.
  • To lead, motivate and develop a high-performing team, focusing on excellent service standards, quality food presentation, and menu knowledge.
  • To analyze sales data, monitor trends, and implement strategies to drive revenue growth and profitability.
  • To collaborate with the kitchen team to create innovative menus, specials, and promotions that cater to diverse customer preferences.
  • To maintain accurate inventory management, ordering supplies, and controlling costs to optimize profit margins.
  • To ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
  • To foster strong relationships with suppliers, negotiating prices, and sourcing high-quality products.
  • To participate in training programs, staying up-to-date with industry trends, and sharing best practices within the team.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in a busy restaurant or hotel environment.
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and empower team members.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the capacity to build rapport with customers, colleagues, and external partners.
  • Able to work effectively under pressure, prioritizing tasks, and managing multiple responsibilities.
  • Knowledge of food hygiene and health & safety procedures.
  • Familiarity with point-of-sale systems, inventory management software, and other relevant technologies.
