About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our team. As an Occupational Therapy Assistant, you will be responsible for providing high-quality support to our occupational therapists in delivering a comprehensive service to patients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with assessments and interventions under the supervision of an occupational therapist.
  • Provide equipment and adaptations to patients as required.
  • Support pre-operative assessments and post-operative care.
  • Participate in training and development activities to enhance your skills and knowledge.
  • Collaborate with the therapy team to achieve patient-centered goals.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 1-2 years' experience in a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
  • Basic knowledge of occupational therapy principles and practices.
