Key Responsibilities

  • Unpack deliveries promptly and efficiently, ensuring that our shelves are always fully stocked and our customers have access to a wide range of products.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the store, including the shop floor and back areas, to ensure a safe and welcoming environment for our customers.
  • Assist with the preparation and execution of promotions and special offers, ensuring that our customers are aware of the latest deals and discounts.
  • Conduct regular freshness checks and rotate stock to ensure that our products are always fresh and of the highest quality.
  • Work collaboratively with your colleagues to achieve our store's goals and objectives, and contribute to a positive and supportive team environment.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a fast-paced retail environment, preferably in a customer-facing role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and customers.
  • Ability to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends, and to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
  • Self-motivation and a strong work ethic, with a commitment to delivering high-quality results and exceeding customer expectations.
  • Knowledge of health and safety procedures and protocols, and a commitment to maintaining a safe working environment.
