Senior Business Development Manager

A challenging opportunity has arisen for a Senior Business Development Manager to join our team at TPS, part of the Volkswagen Group.
About the Role:
- As Centre Manager you will be responsible for leading and managing your TPS team to deliver business plans and objectives.
- Ensure excellence in customer service and develop strategic plans to run a successful TPS Centre.
- Set challenging but achievable goals and create Personal Development Plans for team members.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and work within the identified sales strategy to increase sales revenues.
- Monitor business performance, identify opportunities for improvement and take corrective action.
About You:
- Proven ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve business targets in a B2B environment.
- Possess the ability to communicate effectively and build strong relationships with key stakeholders.
- Experience in devising strategies and implementing plans, with a passion for providing excellent customer service.
- High degree of IT literacy and proficient user of MS Office.
- Management experience is essential.
