Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead commercial finance, financial planning, financial analytics, and management accounting teams.
  • Support and drive business decision-making by partnering with senior stakeholders across the business.
  • Manage a qualified and part-qualified accountant and work closely with the financial control and purchase ledger teams.
  • Collaborate with the data team to ensure accurate financial information and optimal business insight and efficiency.

Requirements:

  • CIMA/ACCA qualification or equivalent with 3+ years PQE.
  • Strong commercial finance background.
  • Excellent leadership skills with experience in developing individuals and managing performance.
  • Effective communication skills with experience of communicating at all levels.
  • Experience with budgeting, forecasting, modeling, and planning.
  • Good knowledge of accounting standards.
  • High level of numeracy and attention to detail.
  • Strong finance systems experience, including analytical tools.
