About the Role: SEM-H Teaching Assistant

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Teaching Assistant to join our team at Randstad Education. As a SEMH Teaching Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting students with social, emotional, and mental health needs in a school setting.

As a member of our team, you will be responsible for providing one-to-one support to students, assisting teachers in delivering lessons, and creating a positive and supportive learning environment. You will also be expected to develop strong relationships with teachers, students, and other support staff to ensure the best possible outcomes for our students.

Main Responsibilities:
- Provide emotional and mental health support to students with SEMH needs
- Assist teachers in delivering lessons and developing educational plans

Requirements:
- Experience working with young people with SEMH needs
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
