Volunteer Community Liaison Officer

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Volunteer Community Liaison Officer to join our team at Alzheimer's Society. The successful candidate will play a vital role in building relationships with community members and organizations to raise awareness of dementia and strengthen community links.
About the Role:
In this role, you will participate in events, engage with groups, and build relationships with community members and organizations to raise awareness of dementia. You will also identify individuals affected by dementia who can share their story with the community.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
- Good understanding of your local community
- Experience of speaking a South Asian language (beneficial)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
What We Offer: As a Volunteer Community Liaison Officer, you will have the opportunity to work with a leading UK charity supporting people affected by dementia. You will also receive training and support to help you excel in this role.
Salary: £22,000 - £28,000 per annum (dependent on location and experience)
