Job Summary:

Pertemps Cambridge is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Executive to join our successful sales team. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and revenue through direct outbound sales efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through warm calling and prospecting.
  • Sales and Account Management: Sell advertising and sponsorships within the healthcare sector, up-sell to existing clients, and secure renewal clients across the portfolio.
  • Target Achievement: Meet or exceed personal and product targets, maintaining a high level of sales performance.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Industry Representation: Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows, promoting the company's products and services.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the management team to coordinate sales campaigns, identify potential difficulties, and provide solutions.

Requirements:

  • Previous Sales Experience: Proven track record of success in sales, with a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Cold Calling: Comfortable with cold calling and prospecting, with a strong ability to build rapport with potential clients.
  • Positive Attitude: A positive and proactive attitude, with a strong desire to succeed in a fast-paced sales environment.
