Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Development Manager to join our team at Algeco UK. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and expanding our customer base in the Cambridge, Colchester, Southend, Ipswich, and Norwich areas.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, prospecting, and lead generation.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to increase revenue and retention.
  • Collaborate with sales executives to convert leads and opportunities into sales.
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for new products and services.
  • Deliver high-quality sales proposals and presentations to customers.
  • Ensure seamless communication and handoffs between sales functions.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of sales success and business development.
  • Strong customer focus and commercial acumen.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and willingness to adapt to change.
  • Full driving license.
