Influencing Education Outcomes as a Psychological Services Advisor

A Leading Role in Supporting Children and Young People with Additional Learning Needs

Join our team as a Psychological Services Advisor and contribute to shaping the future of education in New Zealand.

You'll be responsible for:

  • Applying a strengths-based approach to support inclusive practices in educational settings.
  • Identifying factors influencing learning, wellbeing, and behaviour, and developing strategies to address them.
  • Collaborating with schools, teachers, and parents/caregivers/whānau to develop and implement intervention plans.
  • Monitoring progress and making adjustments as needed to ensure optimal outcomes.

Successful candidates will hold a Post-graduate Diploma in Educational Psychology or Clinical Psychology, registration under the Health Practitioner's Competency Assurance Act, and relevant experience working with children, young people, and their families/whānau.

We offer a competitive salary of $NZD 70,000 - $90,000 per annum, depending on experience, along with flexible working arrangements, employee network groups, and wellness initiatives.
