About the Role

Xenon Recruitment is seeking a seasoned Senior Site Manager to lead the construction of 18x detached homes in Canterbury, Kent. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of managing large-scale residential projects and be committed to delivering exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the site team and subcontractors in delivering the project to the required standard
  • Develop and implement effective project management strategies
  • Ensure compliance with building regulations and health & safety protocols
  • Maintain excellent relationships with clients, subcontractors, and stakeholders
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Circa 5+ years' experience in residential construction management
  • Relevant CITB qualifications, including CSCS Card and SMSTS
  • Proven ability to manage multiple subcontractor packages and direct labour
Salary and Benefits
