Head Chef Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Chef to manage our professional kitchen, designing meals for patients, their families, and staff. This role requires strong catering skills, creative flair, and the ability to interact with patients and their families.

Key Responsibilities:
• Design and implement nutritionally varied menus
• Manage catering for corporate and fundraising events
• Work in a care-based environment, interacting with patients and their families
• Provide line management to Catering Assistants and Cooks

Salary: £26,574 per annum, plus 50% at weekends and all bank holidays.
We offer free parking, subsidised food, and uniform provided.

About the Role
Experience in managing a professional kitchen is essential, as well as a Basic Food Hygiene Certificate and relevant qualifications. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are also required.
