Culinary Team Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Culinary Team Leader to join our award-winning gastro pub in Kent. As a key member of the kitchen team, you will be responsible for maintaining high standards of food quality and consistency.
The successful candidate will have a background in a similar environment and a passion for excellent food, ingredients, and service. A strong ability to innovate and lead the team will be essential in driving the smooth running of the kitchen.
This is an excellent opportunity for a Senior Kitchen Manager to take on a new challenge and help push the kitchen forward. If you have a proven track record of managing and running a kitchen alongside a Head Chef, we want to hear from you.
Key responsibilities include:
- Maintaining high-quality and consistent dishes
- Leading a team with a professional 'can-do' attitude
- Managing and running the kitchen effectively
Estimated salary: £45,000 - £60,000 per annum.
